Shipping policy

Delivery time

If you place an order during working days (Monday till Friday) before 1:00 PM, it will be shipped the same day. An order placed during the weekend will be shipped on Monday. (If Monday falls on a national holiday in the Netherlands, it will be shipped on the first working day following the holiday.)

Your order is being packed at our warehouse by our warehouse employee. Depending on the size of the order the shipment will be sent by DPD Pakketservice, who come to load at our location every working day.

For shipments sent by DPD, you will receive an email from us with the Track & Trace code. This allows you to keep an eye on the delivery of your package.

Shipping Costs

We have a minimum order value of £35.

We apply different delivery charges; the higher the order value, the lower the delivery charge: 
- For orders between £35 and £80 (including tax), you pay £11.99
- For orders between £80 and £125 (including VAT), you pay £9.99
- For orders between £125 and £162 (including VAT), you pay £7.99

Free delivery on orders of £162 or more (including VAT) for products that we can dispatch via a parcel service.

For oversized or long items, we charge separate delivery costs as these are transported by pallet; please contact us for a personalised quote.
You will automatically be notified which products are affected on the product page and in your shopping basket.

We dispatch from the Netherlands; VAT and any import duties are charged directly at checkout. This ensures that NO additional charges will be applied by the courier service.
