Warranty

We guarantee that every product supplied by us meets normal requirements of soundness and usability. If defects occur in or on products during normal use—corresponding to the intended purpose—we will determine whether the warranty applies and decide on the method of repair and/or replacement. No claim can be made under warranty if the defect or wear is clearly the result of negligent maintenance, or if the wear can be considered normal.
